Project Scope –

The project involved first floor extensions and a full loft conversion with front and rear dormers to create two additional bedrooms, two new en-suites and a relocated the existing family bathroom.

Overview –

We were appointed after planning approval to redesign parts of the first floor layout and produce a fully coordinated Building Control package.

Many homeowners find that, even after securing planning permission, the approved layout doesn’t make the best use of the available space. The client wanted more practical family accommodation, with additional bedrooms, en-suites and a better connected main bathroom.

We refined the approved design to improve the first floor arrangement, creating a more efficient and functional layout while coordinating the architectural and structural design into a fully compliant Building Control package.

The result was a home that better met the family’s needs and provided a smooth transition from planning approval to construction.
