The project involved constructing a new modern porch and a full ground floor remodel, to help improve natural light and flow, while incorporating personal design touches.

Overview –

After many years in the property, the client was ready to transform the ground floor to better suit modern living; reimagining the entrance hall, kitchen and main living areas. A key challenge was to introduce more natural light without compromising privacy, requiring careful design considerations. 

Our approach delivered a cohesive and cost-effective remodel that elevated both the internal and external character of the home. The layout was reconfigured to enhance spatial flow and functionality, creating brighter, more connected living areas that feel open and welcoming.

By thoughtfully integrating modern upgrades and details, including the striking “red” front door the client loved, we helped breathe new life into the property. The result is a home that feels contemporary, comfortable, and uniquely personal to its owner.
