Project Scope –

The project involved a rear extension and partial garage conversion to a previously extended property within the Green Belt.

Overview –

The client aimed to create a new dining space better connected to the existing kitchen. We achieved this by utilising an empty space at the rear of the property and partially converting the existing garage.

Given the property’s location in the Green Belt and its previous development, we made careful design considerations to avoid disproportionate additions. After ongoing consultations with the planning department, the application was successfully approved.
