Project Scope –

The project involved demolishing the existing conservatory and constructing a new rear extension, along with an elevated patio one meter above garden level.

Overview –

After recently acquiring the property, the client sought a comprehensive refurbishment. With our expert guidance and successful planning approval, this has resulted in an immediate increase in both the property’s value and appeal.

Central to this renovation was the removal of the existing conservatory to make way for a new rear extension. This transformation enabled the creation of a more spacious and open-plan kitchen-diner area, significantly improving the interface with the expansive rear garden.

As part of the project, the client also desired an extended patio at the same level as the property, with a staircase descending to the garden. This design aims to create a seamless and more accessible transition between the indoor and outdoor living areas, enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
